About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Production Traffic Manager (Arabic Speaker) to oversee production workflows, manage traffic operations, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong production knowledge, exceptional operational planning skills, and the ability to lead a growing team while maintaining a long-term vision for the department.

• Oversee the full production workflow, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead traffic and operations processes, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Develop and maintain detailed planning tools, trackers, and production sheets especially in Excel to monitor project status and team capacity.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3, ensuring effective task delegation, performance management, and growth.
• Establish and implement the long-term vision for the production and traffic department.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for upcoming projects and yearly operations.
• Coordinate closely with creative, content, account management, and management teams to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
• Act as the central point-of-contact for all incoming and outgoing job requests, ensuring clarity in briefs and timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with freelancers across the region and manage a database of trusted production talents.
• Ensure all communication internal and external is handled professionally in both English and Arabic.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and recommend enhancements to processes and tools.

• Arabic speaker with excellent command of both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Strong experience in both Production (40%) and Traffic/Operations (60%) functions.
• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and maintaining organized Excel sheets and operational trackers.
• Prior experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong network of freelancers and production contacts across the region.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of establishing long-term operational strategies.
