We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer specializing in interior fitout projects for luxury residences. Based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of high-end interior turnkey projects by coordinating on-site activities, maintaining quality standards, and liaising with clients and contractors to deliver impeccable results.

• Supervise and manage daily site activities related to interior fitout, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met consistently.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Assist in procurement and review technical drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Ensure all project documentation and records are accurately maintained and updated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in interior fitout projects, preferably for luxury residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations in interior turnkey projects.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office suite.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and manage multiple project priorities efficiently.
