Job Purpose:
Develop and implement corporate communications and annual campaigns in alignment with the marketing and communications strategy, brand guidelines, and business plan to disseminate clear and seamless flow of key messages to all stakeholders, local and global audiences, and support the achievement of business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures- Follow all relevant Marketing and Communications departmental processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Demonstrate compliance with the organizations values and ethics at all times to support a value-driven culture.
- Support the design and implementation of comprehensive communication plans and processes to promote effective communications across the Group.
- Assist in drafting speeches, media releases, and editorial content for internal and external communications.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of corporate content including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates to enhance the visibility and thought leadership of senior management.
- Support coordination with and monitoring of Public Relations (PR) agencies to optimize communication strategies and enhance brand reputation.
- Create and maintain media assets on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to deliver consistent and engaging content.
- Share content for corporate websites and microsites, and contribute to producing marketing collaterals and informational materials.
- Assist in promoting digital channels to strengthen online presence and facilitate engagement.
- Stay updated with national developments, industry trends, and competitor activities, analyzing potential implications on operations.
- Assist in measuring the effectiveness of media and communication programs through data analysis and reporting against KPIs.
- Adhere to industry-specific regulations and legislative standards across all communication initiatives.
- Uphold standards of ethics, professionalism, and integrity in all corporate communication activities.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with permission requirements, copyright, and intellectual property regulations.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and partners to ensure quality media relations and effective communication to target audiences.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key local and global media to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Social Media team to develop engaging content in both English and Arabic for social media, captions, hashtags, and campaigns.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure marketing and communication plans align with business objectives.
- Facilitate brand consistency and unified messaging by working with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve and sustain communications-related systems, processes, and practices in line with global standards.
- Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.

- Internal: Manager Corporate Communication, Marketing & Communications Team, Employees
- External: Public Relations Agencies, Media (Reporters, Journalists)
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational and Professional Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
- Overall Experience: 4 years experience in Securities/Stock Exchange or similar operations.
- Language Skills: Arabic (Mandatory)
