Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our forex trading services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to sell forex trading products and services.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to individuals and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and field visits.
- Educate clients on forex trading platforms, account types, investment opportunities, and risk management.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities to the sales and marketing team.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and trade shows to promote the brand and acquire new clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during the sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven field sales experience (preferably in financial services or forex industry).
- Strong knowledge of forex markets, trading platforms, and related financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing client base or network in forex/financial markets.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance related to forex trading.
