Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support contract management and administration activities for a major rail project.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration within design and or construction projects
  • Rail experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with contract terms, commercial procedures, and document management processes
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable
  • Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
  • Support administration of contracts in accordance with project requirements
  • Maintain contract records, correspondence, and documentation
  • Assist in processing variations, claims, and contractual communications
  • Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and key milestones
  • Coordinate with commercial, legal, and project teams on contract related matters
  • Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and issues
  • Ensure compliance with contractual procedures and governance requirements

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
