Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support contract management and administration activities for a major rail project.
Key Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration within design and or construction projects
- Rail experience is preferred
- Familiarity with contract terms, commercial procedures, and document management processes
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable
- Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is an advantage
- Support administration of contracts in accordance with project requirements
- Maintain contract records, correspondence, and documentation
- Assist in processing variations, claims, and contractual communications
- Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and key milestones
- Coordinate with commercial, legal, and project teams on contract related matters
- Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and issues
- Ensure compliance with contractual procedures and governance requirements
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
