Engineering Services Manager

Swagelok UAE is expanding! We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Engineering Services Manager to lead and grow our regional engineering and technical services operations.
In this critical role, you will oversee field engineering, application engineering, site services, and training activities. You will lead a high-performing team and build deep partnerships across the industrial, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute regional engineering service strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and retain a multicultural team of field and application engineers.
- Customer Engagement: Lead complex technical discussions and solution-based sales with strategic accounts.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee site services and training programs while optimizing performance through analytics.
- Risk & Profitability: Support large application opportunities while managing risk and maximizing profit.
- Safety & Quality: Ensure absolute compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in engineering services, technical sales, or fluid system applications.
- Industry Focus: Background in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and advanced IT/analytical capabilities.

Working Environment
