Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and reliable waitress who speaks fluent English to join our team! Your main duties will include taking takeaway orders in person and over the phone, assisting with packaging, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Take takeaway orders accurately, both in person and over the phone.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide menu information.
• Input orders into the POS system and ensure timely order preparation.
• Assist with packing and checking orders before handover.
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and delivery drivers.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
