- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with communication tools and technologies.
