Business Development - Corporate Travel

BlueTerra is a growing travel and experiences company seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to help build our corporate travel and events division. This is a hands-on role focused on winning new business, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships.
- Arrange client meetings and present BlueTerra’s travel and event solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with the operations team.
- Build relationships with HR, procurement, administration, and management teams.
- Develop opportunities for corporate travel, incentive trips, retreats, conferences, and events.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Represent BlueTerra at networking events and industry gatherings.
- Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, travel, hospitality, events, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
