Job Description

Our client is seeking a high-energy, target-driven Sales Executive to join their automotive team. You will be in charge of selling both BRAND NEW and SECOND HAND vehicles. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales processfrom initial inquiry and showroom walk-ins to test drives, financing coordination, and final vehicle delivery.

The goal is to exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Lead Management
  • Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on digital leads (website, social media, etc) and manage showroom walk-ins.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain an exhaustive knowledge of the vehicle lineup, including technical specifications, safety features, trim levels, and competitive advantages.
  1. Financial & Administrative Coordination
  • Finance & Insurance: Assist customers in navigating UAE bank finance options and insurance packages. Coordinate with in-house or external finance managers to ensure smooth approvals.
  • Valuation: Coordinate with the brand new car and pre-owned department for trade-in evaluations to facilitate new car sales.
  • Documentation: Ensure all paperwork, including sales contracts, RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) registration, and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) forms, are completed accurately and on time.
  1. Customer Experience & Retention
  • Delivery Excellence: Orchestrate the Delivery Ceremony, ensuring the vehicle is in pristine condition and the customer is fully briefed on the features.
  • CRM Management: Maintain an updated database in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Autoline, or SAP) to track the sales pipeline and schedule follow-ups for service and renewals.
  • Referral Building: Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 58 years of sales experience in the UAE automotive industry. Experience in the sales of both brand new and second hand vehicles is an advantage.
  • A valid UAE Manual or Automatic Driving License is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional fluency in English is required. Arabic is a major asset for the local market.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work under the pressure of monthly KPIs.
