Project Manager – Physical Readiness Wing

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with experience to lead the integration and oversight of our multi-disciplinary centers. This is a high-level coordination role where you will manage the flow of data and operations between specialized units (Fitness, Nutrition, Psychological Support, and Medical Treatment) and senior executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will be a master of data standardization and high-stakes stakeholder management, ensuring that all departmental activities align with the strategic mandates of the governing Authority.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Project Management or Operations.
• Proven track record in semi-government or national authority environments.
• Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams (Health, Fitness, or specialized training).
• Strong ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and integrate operations across fitness, nutrition, and medical departments.
• Provide consolidated strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between training centers, support units, and relevant national stakeholders.
• Oversee the performance of all technical specialists (Physical Therapy, Sports, Psychological, Food Safety, and Nutrition).
• Reporting: Standardize data from all centers and deliver comprehensive performance summaries to senior management.
• Oversight: Supervise center workflows to ensure 100% compliance with policies and national regulations.
