Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Listing Agent located in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Listing Agent will be responsible for listing, promoting, and selling properties, building strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions.
In this role, you will be required to:
- Evaluate properties to determine market value
- Prepare detailed listings with photos and descriptions
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for listed properties
- Negotiate offers and terms with landlords on behalf of clients
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the listing process
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts and potential buyers
- Add listings and provide properties to all agents within the company
- Maintain landlords data, including contact information and property details
- Maintain separate spreadsheets for personal and company data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, emails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify engage prospective new customers
- Assist clients in assessing options for making sure that they receive the best rates terms meet with clients to assess their property needs
- Advertise sales of properties using various mediums like social media platforms, multiple listing services, and networking
- Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc)
- Assist sellers and landlords in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sales and lease
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Ensuring that all real estate transactions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale, or lease of properties
- Company can also assign additional duties against proper remuneration
- Proven experience in real estate and real property transactions, with strong familiarity in the UAE market
- Excellent sales skills with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets
- Strong customer service expertise, supported by interpersonal and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, particularly in Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, and Reem Island, is highly preferred
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients and team members
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is considered an advantage
