Establish and lead the full data governance function across the organisation
- Define and activate data governance strategy, frameworks, and operating models
- Develop and maintain governance artefacts, policies, standards, and documentation
- Partner with business, finance, and technology leaders to embed governance
- Drive adoption, maturity, and measurable impact across large, complex environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Finance, or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
- 12+ years' experience in data governance, data management, or related fields
- Proven experience leading data governance in very large, complex organisations
- Strong technical understanding of data platforms, metadata, quality, and controls
- A business builder with the ability to turn strategy into practical delivery
- Internationally based candidates only; local UAE‑based candidates will not be considered
