This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the operational governance, service continuity, and strategic direction of digital platforms post-transition. The role ensures platforms are secure, compliant, and consistently deliver value across the organisation.

Description- Lead end-to-end operations of digital platforms, post-transition.
- Define and execute operational strategy aligned with transformation goals.
- Govern SLAs, OLAs, and ensure ITSM and security compliance.
- Oversee Maintenance & Operations and Release & Deployment teams.
- Ensure platform readiness, documentation, and secure go-lives.
- Drive automation, observability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:
- 12+ years in IT operations, digital platforms, or infrastructure.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, SLAs/OLAs, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience with large-scale deployments and service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory); additional certifications preferred.
