Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, structure, and develop a large sales team with clear KPIs and performance frameworks.
- Drive revenue targets through effective forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
- Optimize sales processes, pricing models, and go-to-market activities.
- Conduct regular field engagement to stay aligned with market behavior and opportunities.
- Manage P&L components related to sales performance and commercial operations.
- Implement coaching, capability-building, and succession planning within the team.
- Collaborate with product, strategy, and operational stakeholders to support business objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, tech-enabled commercial sales, or subscription-based models.
- Strong track record of scaling sales teams and consistently achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Excellent command of KPIs, analytics, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
- Hands-on, field-oriented leader with a strong coaching mindset.
- Ability to manage complexity, lead through change, and operate in fast-paced environments.
