Key responsibilities:
Lead the sales support and client servicing function, acting as a key link between distribution, marketing, operations, and investment teams.Build and manage a high-performing team to support relationship managers and distributors across multiple geographies.
Design and implement scalable processes, CRM workflows, and sales enablement tools to improve responsiveness and drive commercial outcomes.
Oversee RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, onboarding documentation, and client reporting processes.
Work closely with the distribution team on pipeline tracking, investor communications, and tailored presentation materials.
Ensure a high standard of service delivery to both prospective and existing investors, aligned with global best practices.
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements:
8u201315 yearsu2019 experience in sales support, investor relations, or client servicing within asset management, wealth management, or financial distribution.Strong understanding of investment products and structures across public and private markets.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
