As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Dedicated to winning new client business
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant from a fast-paced agency background.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Expert knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in assessing candidate qualifications and matching them with job requirements.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is essential.
- Ability to source highly qualified candidates through a proactive headhunting approach accurately and efficiently.
