Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Russian Speaker Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will focus on promoting and selling tickets to Russian-speaking clients and markets. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client communications, identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.Additionally, the role involves staying updated on current and upcoming events, collaborating with the team to develop strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- Fluency in Russian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and the ability to meet sales targets.
- Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of the events and ticketing industry, including venue and event sales dynamics.
- Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly and proactive approach to customer engagement and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role, especially in the events or ticketing sector, is advantageous.
