Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) & HR Admin Executive (UAE National)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Public Relations / Government Relations (PRO):

  • Handle all government-related formalities with MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA & EIDA.
  • Process applications for employment visas, residence visas, work permits, medical tests, and Emirates ID.
  • Renew and cancel visas, labor cards, and other government-related documents as per UAE law.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and government regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Track visa expiry dates and proactively initiate renewal procedures.
  • Prepare and submit accurate government-related documentation in a timely manner.

HR Administration:

  • Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting in onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related letters (salary certificates, NOC, experience letters, etc.).
  • Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Support team engagement activities, wellbeing programs, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and management.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and in compliance with UAE labor laws.

Qualifications/skills:

  • UAE National (Emirati) with valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid) and Emirates ID.
  • Fluency in Arabic (native) and English (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and employees.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Have a valid UAE driving license
