Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) & HR Admin Executive (UAE National)Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
Public Relations / Government Relations (PRO):
- Handle all government-related formalities with MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA & EIDA.
- Process applications for employment visas, residence visas, work permits, medical tests, and Emirates ID.
- Renew and cancel visas, labor cards, and other government-related documents as per UAE law.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and government regulations to ensure compliance.
- Track visa expiry dates and proactively initiate renewal procedures.
- Prepare and submit accurate government-related documentation in a timely manner.
HR Administration:
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting in onboarding formalities.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related letters (salary certificates, NOC, experience letters, etc.).
- Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Support team engagement activities, wellbeing programs, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and management.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Qualifications/skills:
- UAE National (Emirati) with valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid) and Emirates ID.
- Fluency in Arabic (native) and English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and employees.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Have a valid UAE driving license
