Job Description

We are currently hiring for Data Engineer to join one of our major clients based out of UAE.

Job description:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Data Pipeline Architecture: Design, build, and maintain optimal data pipelines on the Databricks platform leveraging native tools to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Data Analysis: Interpret trends and patterns, build algorithms, and ensure measurable and predictable data quality.
• Requirement Formalization: Collaborate with Product Owners to formalize requirements and provide expert advice on Data Engineering matters.
• Data Management: Assemble large, complex data sets that meet both functional and nonfunctional business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and input on re-designing of infrastructure or technology selection for greater scalability and quality.
• Team Coordinator: Coordinate the delivery of work within the Data Engineering chapter, in alignment with the business requirements as defined by Product Owner
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their performance and technical expertise.
