Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the real estate brokerage industry to lead the design, development, and delivery of technology products including specialized CRM systems, property listing platforms, and customer-facing digital tools.
The ideal candidate must have previously built or led the implementation of sophisticated CRM systems tailored for real estate brokerages. They should understand the complete lifecycle of real estate transactions, customer journeys, and sales processes.This role will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to build innovative, scalable, and revenue-driving products.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
Define the product vision and roadmap for the full suite of real estate brokerage tools, including CRM, listing platforms, and client portals.
Translate business needs, broker workflows, and market trends into a compelling product strategy.
Prioritize features and enhancements using a data-driven and value-based approach.
CRM & Real Estate Platform Ownership
Lead the design and development of a specialized real estate CRM supporting lead capture, agent management, property matching, pipeline tracking, marketing automation, and reporting.
Oversee the integration of CRM with listing systems, mobile apps, DWH, ERP, and third-party platforms (e.g., portals like Property Finder, Bayut).
Ensure user-centric functionality for agents, brokers, and clients based on best practices from the real estate sector.
Product Development Lifecycle
Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery, requirements gathering, prototyping, and user testing to go-live and iteration.
Write clear product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and work with designers and developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Conduct regular backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews with engineering.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the voice of the customer and the market across internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with leadership, sales, operations, and marketing teams to align product initiatives with business objectives.
Serve as the key interface between business and technology functions.
Market and User Research
Continuously monitor the market for new trends in real estate proptech, CRM platforms, AI applications, and competitor offerings.
Conduct user research sessions with brokers, agents, and end users to validate needs and pain points.
Data & Reporting Enablement
Work closely with the data team to define analytics, dashboards, and reports for product performance, user engagement, and sales outcomes.
Drive the use of data in prioritization, product improvements, and user personalization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with at least 3 years in real estate brokerage or proptech.
Proven track record of building or implementing real estate brokerage CRMs and listing portals.
Strong understanding of real estate workflows: lead management, agent assignment, deal cycles, and post-sale follow-ups.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
Familiarity with modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, custom-built) and Microsoft tech stack (nice to have).
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Experience working with real estate-specific integrations (MLS, portals, payment gateways, digital signatures, maps).
Awareness of AI-powered solutions in real estate (e.g., predictive analytics, virtual assistants, automated property valuation).
Knowledge of data warehouse or analytics products to define relevant KPIs and reporting tools.
Understanding of UX principles and experience working closely with designers.
Experience in mobile-first product development is a strong plus.
