Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Advisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales, guiding clients through property transactions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Your in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market will be essential in matching clients with the right properties and closing successful deals.
Key Responsibilities- Help clients buy, sell, or rent homes and properties
- Stay updated on the real estate market and new listings
- Understand what clients are looking for and suggest the right properties
- Arrange property viewings and help with negotiations and closing deals
- Build good relationships with clients and investors
- Handle and check all paperwork for property deals
- Work with your team to reach sales goals
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar sales role (minimum 1 year)
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
