About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager Fire Trucks/ Emergency Vehicles to lead and grow our sales operations across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fire truck sales activities across the Middle East region (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Jordan etc.)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both government and private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and sales proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape regional strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in fire truck or specialized heavy vehicle sales.
• Strong network in the Middle East fire & safety or emergency vehicle sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
