A Real Estate Broke, facilitating property sales and leasing, primarily responsible for generating leads, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals. provide market analysis to clients, prepare legal documentation, and ensure compliance with local regulations,Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively source new clients through networking, cold calling, and advertising, achieving monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Property Viewings & Advisory: Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, prices, and agreements between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords to close deals successfully.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare contracts (MOU), oversee sales progressions, and ensure all transactions comply with UAE legal standards and agency regulations.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a database of clients, providing high-quality service and following up to secure referrals.
