Bedaya Graduate Trainee Programme (UAE Nationals)

Bedaya is our 12-month introductory workplace programme for Emirati university graduates. It's perfect if you know what kind of role you'd like to launch your career in and want to get started as soon as possible.

• Fully customised rotational programme across key Emirates NBD departments and strategic projects, based on your career goals and the role you'll transition into after graduating from Bedaya
• Three-phased, individualised learning plan to build critical future and digital skills
• Regular check-ins with our Emiratisation team so you feel supported every step of the way

• Bi-monthly performance reviews so you know exactly how you're doing

• UAE nationals with no or very limited work experience with a bachelor's degree or higher (all majors)
• People who are ambitious, ready to take on challenges and willing to learn
