Job Description:

  • Greet clients and visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by checking and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Assist in preparing coffee, tea or water to visitors
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing deliveries and courier mails

Qualification:

  • At least 2 years of experience an a receptionist
  • Well organized and efficient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • With pleasing personality and positive attitude
