During your first 4-8 weeks you will be:

Youll kickstart your journey with us through our intensive induction and industry-leading training, where youll learn everything you need to know to become a top-performing Sales Consultant. During this period, youll:

  • Specialise in a particular community in Dubai.
  • Organise and attend property viewings and valuations.
  • Negotiate and work with buyers and sellers.
  • Close deals and start building your pipeline.

Within the following 5-6 months you will be:

By this stage, youll be well on your way to becoming a community expert. You&aposll be deepening your knowledge of the market while growing your personal brand. Youll also:

  • Continue to build on your hands-on experience with ongoing market research.
  • Attend advanced training sessions to sharpen your skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations.
  • Watch your earnings grow as you close more deals and increase your listings.

By the end of the first year you should be:

Youll be well on your way to becoming a Senior Broker or Sales Manager, handling some of the most prestigious properties in Dubais luxury real estate market.

What youll need to succeed:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment - whether thats Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment etc OR a background in high-end service roles like luxury retail or cabin crew, with a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, fluency in additional language is a bonus
  • A valid driving license
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a hunger for success.
  • The ability to perform under pressure and stay motivated in a competitive but supportive team setting.
  • Confidence in communicating, negotiating, and building trust with clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You will be resilient and have a passion for for achieving great results - while also creating long-term relationships.
