During your first 4-8 weeks you will be:
Youll kickstart your journey with us through our intensive induction and industry-leading training, where youll learn everything you need to know to become a top-performing Sales Consultant. During this period, youll:
- Specialise in a particular community in Dubai.
- Organise and attend property viewings and valuations.
- Negotiate and work with buyers and sellers.
- Close deals and start building your pipeline.
Within the following 5-6 months you will be:
By this stage, youll be well on your way to becoming a community expert. You&aposll be deepening your knowledge of the market while growing your personal brand. Youll also:
- Continue to build on your hands-on experience with ongoing market research.
- Attend advanced training sessions to sharpen your skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations.
- Watch your earnings grow as you close more deals and increase your listings.
By the end of the first year you should be:
Youll be well on your way to becoming a Senior Broker or Sales Manager, handling some of the most prestigious properties in Dubais luxury real estate market.
What youll need to succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment - whether thats Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment etc OR a background in high-end service roles like luxury retail or cabin crew, with a strong customer focus.
- Excellent English communication skills, fluency in additional language is a bonus
- A valid driving license
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a hunger for success.
- The ability to perform under pressure and stay motivated in a competitive but supportive team setting.
- Confidence in communicating, negotiating, and building trust with clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- You will be resilient and have a passion for for achieving great results - while also creating long-term relationships.
