You will provide guidance and support throughout the real estate transaction process while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, social media, referrals, and cold calling.
• Assist buyers in finding suitable properties that meet their needs and budget.
• Guide sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Prepare and present offers and contracts to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and neighborhoods.
• Negotiate deals and handle all documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with legal, mortgage, and property management professionals to close deals smoothly.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support throughout the transaction.
• Maintain CRM system and keep accurate records of client interactions and deals.

• Proven experience as a real estate agent .
