About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Lifestyle Manager to deliver premium concierge and lifestyle management services to high-net-worth individuals. The role involves managing client requests, curating personalized experiences, and ensuring exceptional service standards across travel, hospitality, events, and day-to-day lifestyle needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.Understand client preferences, expectations, and lifestyle requirements.Provide personalized recommendations and tailored services.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Lifestyle & Concierge ServicesManage a wide range of client requests including travel, dining, events, and luxury experiences.Arrange reservations, bookings, and exclusive access to venues and services.Coordinate end-to-end planning for events, trips, and special occasions.Deliver prompt and efficient service with attention to detail.
Vendor & Partner CoordinationDevelop and maintain relationships with luxury service providers, hotels, restaurants, and vendors.Negotiate preferred rates and exclusive offers for clients.Ensure service providers meet quality and brand standards.Continuously source new partners to enhance service offerings.
Operations & Service DeliveryEnsure seamless execution of all client requests and services.Handle urgent and last-minute requests with professionalism.Maintain accurate records of client preferences and service history.Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.
Problem Solving & Service RecoveryAddress client concerns or service issues promptly and effectively.Provide solutions that exceed client expectations.Ensure smooth resolution of any service-related challenges.Reporting & CoordinationMaintain detailed documentation of client interactions and services provided.Prepare reports and updates for management when required.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.Monitor service quality and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle management.Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or premium clientele is preferred.
