Social Media Marketing Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Assistant to support the daily management and growth of our in-house brand accounts across key platforms. This is not an agency roleyoull be working directly with our internal team and gaining hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.

What Youll Do:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
• Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across platforms
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to help produce stories, reels, carousels, and static posts
• Monitor engagement and interact with followers to build a positive brand community
• Track and report on basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates
• Help with brainstorming ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches

What Youll Bring:

• 12 years of experience managing or assisting/managing with brand social media accounts
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedInespecially content formats and engagement best practices
• Basic understanding of content planning tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Strong written communication skills in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus)
• Interest in digital marketing, social trends, and content creation
• Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, food, or luxury brands
