Responsibilities:

• Payroll Administration: Experience in payroll processing, auditing, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Promotions & Personnel Actions: Skilled in handling promotions, transfers, and employee status updates with accuracy and alignment to organizational frameworks.
• Oracle HRMS Expertise: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle systems, especially in modules related to payroll, absence, and employee data management.
• Absence Management: Solid understanding of leave and attendance policies, with the ability to apply guidelines fairly and consistently.
• Workshop Delivery: Proven ability to design and conduct workshops or training sessions for employees and line managers on HR processes and policies.
• Employee Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees, provide guidance, and address concerns in a professional manner.
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Capable of analysing complex issues, identifying root causes, and proposing practical, effective solutions.
• Working Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
