Job Overview:

We are looking for a Real Estate Agent specializing in the residential / commercial secondary market (ready properties) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell & Lease residential/commercial ready properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on property values, pricing strategies, ROI, and market trends
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Manage the full transaction process
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and buyers
• Stay updated on secondary market trends and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in secondary market
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property values
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate listings and close deals
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
• Broker Card with RERA proven track is plus
