The project:
Mace is supporting the delivery of a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme in the region, working alongside a leading developer in the data centre sector. The project brings together complex design coordination, fast‑paced delivery and rigorous governance to meet the demands of a mission‑critical environment.Our team is applying global best practice in programme, project and commercial management to help shape resilient, future‑ready infrastructure at scale.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leads the coordination and delivery of a sub‑programme, ensuring alignment with overall vision and strategic objectives.
- Establishes an effective delivery environment across people, processes, organisation, information and technology.
- Drives performance improvement against the bid baseline through resource optimisation and continuous evaluation.
- Upholds exceptional standards in safety, quality, cost, programme, governance and risk.
- Maintains programme documentation, reporting and lessons learned.
- Builds a high‑performing, inclusive team culture and promotes knowledge sharing across Mace.
- Ensures commercial viability while championing C2P, Net Zero and digital innovation.
You'll need to have:
- Proven programme leadership with strong governance, risk, commercial and analytical capability.
- Skilled communicator and stakeholder manager with effective negotiation and presentation skills.
- Relevant qualifications/certifications (e.g., project/construction discipline, CSCS, MAPM/MRICS/MICE).
- Demonstrated team leadership, growth mindset and commitment to Mace values and best‑practice sharing.
