Job Description
The Real Estate Broker will manage property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, providing expert advice to buyers, nurturing investor relationships, and representing the brokerage in a professional, client-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management- Manage inbound enquiries and generate new business through networking and referrals
- Qualify buyers and understand investment or lifestyle objectives
- Conduct property viewings and virtual tours
- Advise on off-plan and secondary market opportunities
- Present market insights, ROI projections, and area recommendations
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and partner agencies
- Stay informed on new launches, pricing trends, and payment plans
- Attend developer events, exhibitions, and property showcases
- Ensure full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
- Prepare and manage Form A, Form B, Form F, MOUs, and KYC documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system (Zoho or similar)
- Uphold premium service standards and professional conduct
- Support marketing and social media initiatives when required
- Act as a trusted advisor to UK and international clients
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
24 years experience in Dubai real estate
Proven experience in off-plan and secondary sales
RERA Certification
Registered DLD Broker ID
Valid UAE driving licence
Own vehicle
Strong understanding of Dubai property transactions
Ability to generate deals independently
Preferred Requirements- Existing investor or client database
- Experience working with UK or international buyers
- Established developer relationships
- Zoho CRM experience
- Consultative, relationship-led sales approach
