We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused sales coordinator to join our events, banquet, and catering (EBC) team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts by coordinating high-level customer meetings, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations of our EBC.
- Coordinate and schedule executive-level customer meetings and presentations at the EBC
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor briefing agendas accordingly
- Manage all aspects of visit logistics, including travel arrangements, catering, and technology setup
- Prepare and distribute briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and outcomes in the CRM system
- Assist in creating and updating sales presentations and marketing materials
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer briefings
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the EBC experience
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, executive support, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with executive-level clients
- Experience in managing high-level meetings and presentations
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with executive briefing center operations (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours to accommodate international clients
