Dubai Holding is looking to hire a SeniorManager Investments & Portfolio Management reporting to the Executive Director Investments & Portfolio Management.

The ideal candidate should have 5-8years of experience in infrastructure investments and strong analytical capabilities, solid understanding of investment fundamentals and keen interest in the infrastructure asset class. The role holder will be responsible for financial analysis and valuations, commercial negotiations, preparation of presentations and internal approval submissions, and assist in originating new investment opportunities and managing and monitoring the existing portfolio assets.

The role will predominantly be focused on the infrastructure sector, including energy, utilities, digital infrastructure and PPPs. However, there will be an opportunity to collaborate on other M&A opportunities and management of portfolio companies including private equity, credit, and real estate investments.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the assessment and execution of investment opportunities across the infrastructure space, including greenfield developments, brownfield assets, and platform investments.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment returns, capital structures, and sensitivities.
  • Conduct thorough commercial and financial analysis to support investment decisions, including market and sector research, benchmarking, and identifying key value drivers and risks.
  • Prepare high-quality investment committee materials, presentations, and briefing notes.
  • Participate in due diligence processes, including coordinating with advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying and originating new opportunities through market mapping and engagement with external stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing portfolio management by monitoring asset performance, preparing board materials, and supporting strategic and value creation initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience working in a financial institution such as an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or infrastructure fund

Education / Professional Certifications:

  • Minimum: Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Accounting, Finance, law or engineering etc.
