Job Description

Polynome builds AI systems that run in the real world — on factory floors, in hotels, across city infrastructure. Our platform combines computer vision and voice agents, deployed on-premise for governments and enterprise clients across MENA.

We're looking for a BD Manager who can open doors at senior levels, translate complex AI capabilities into business outcomes, and close deals that matter.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business relationships, creating strategic plans to expand market reach, and managing client accounts to ensure successful partnerships.

You will lead initiatives to analyze market trends, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive customer acquisition strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored AI solutions to clients is a key aspect of the role, along with representing Polynome at industry events and conferences.

What you'll do
  • Identify and develop high-value partnerships with enterprise and government clients across the GCC
  • Engage decision-makers at C-suite and VP level — from first conversation to signed contract
  • Turn AI capabilities into clear business propositions — tailored to each client's context
  • Build and manage a pipeline: market research, proposals, negotiations, contract execution
  • Represent Polynome at industry events and conferences — we host the largest AI summit in the Middle East
Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Comfortable operating at senior levels — you can walk into a board room and hold it
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Business Strategy
  • Excellent Communication, Persuasion, and Negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating externally with stakeholders and internally across teams
  • Knowledge or experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology services is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with the MENA market — its dynamics, decision-making culture, and key players
