Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Ras al-Khaimah

A leading pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a senior talent acquisition specialist for their UAE office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
- Developing recruitment strategy which includes job posting optimization, recruiting channel development, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Leading the recruitment and selection activities in a manner to ensure that the most suitable candidate is selected for the right position in a time and cost-effective manner.
- Supporting the head of HR ensuring effective recruitment practices are in place that support overall organizational objectives while ensuring effective generation and monitoring of recruitment KPIs and reports.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly recruitment reports.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, social science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in recruitment within the pharmaceutical/FMCG industry.
- Must have people management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience with the full cycle of recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
