Logistics Warehouse Supervisor

Employment: Full Time
We are hiring a Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, on-time order fulfillment, and full compliance with safety protocols. You will lead a small team, operate WMS tools, and coordinate closely with last-mile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Lead picking, packing, and shipping processes using barcode and WMS tools
- Ensure inventory accuracy ?95% and minimize stock discrepancies (?2%)
- Coordinate with last-mile delivery teams to ensure ?98% dispatch timeliness
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Conduct cycle counts and audits to uphold inventory health
- Report to the Logistics/Warehouse Manager with regular KPIs and updates

Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in logistics, warehouse supervision, or fulfillment center operations
- Background in e-commerce, retail logistics, or FMCG warehouse environments preferred
- Experience handling WMS tools, barcode systems, and managing operational KPIs
- Strong understanding of inventory handling, picking/packing, and dispatch workflows
- Proficiency in digital inventory systems and warehouse safety protocols
- Team leadership and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with a track record of on-time fulfillment and operational accuracy
- Bachelor’s in Business , Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Certifications in warehouse safety, logistics, or operations are a plus
