A reputable law firm in the region is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join its Litigation Department. This role is ideal for a mid-level legal professional who is ready to take on more responsibility and transition into a senior position.The selected candidate will support the Managing Partner directly, managing complex legal matters and contributing to the firm’s legal strategy and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will be pivotal in managing litigation matters, acting as a trusted legal advisor to clients and an internal liaison for case-related strategy. This includes handling high-value cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accurate case documentation, supporting billing and timesheet management, and maintaining frequent, professional communication with clients.The role also involves assisting the Managing Partner on legal and administrative matters while ensuring the firm’s compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate of both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a similar capacity within a respected law firm or legal consultancy
- Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation independently
- Strong skills in legal administration, research, drafting, case file management, and client handling
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and manage confidential matters
- Requires a Mid-level professional ready to step up to a Senior Associate role

Salary: AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
