Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, market consultations, and investment presentations.
- Promote off‑plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi's top communities.
- Negotiate offers and close high‑value transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with MCRE's brand standards.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
- Professional presentation and strong client‑facing skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
