About the Role

Were looking for a Technical Account Manager to be the bridge between our industrial, engineering, and government clients and Rangers cutting-edge AI solutions in the GCC, and sometimes supporting our North American team.

This is a hybrid role combining strategic account management, technical deployment oversight, and deep client engagement. Your mission is to ensure that Ranger becomes not just another vendor, but an indispensable partner to our clients. You will work closely with the co-founder, Head of Partnerships, and once ready, will lead your own team.

  • Upsell and account expansion.
  • Contract renewal.
What Youll Do
  • Own the client journey end-to-end Identify potential clients, assess fit, understand their goals, lead onboarding, oversee testing & QA, and maintain strong post-signing relationships.
  • Drive seamless technical implementation Ensure deployments align perfectly with client needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Be the voice of the client Translate real-world feedback into actionable insights for our product team.
  • Lead transformation Help clients transition from traditional workflows to AI-enabled, data-driven processes.
  • Ensure quality Rigorously test and validate solutions before deployment to protect client trust and brand reputation.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • Industrial expertise 5+ years in industrial or engineering sectors, ideally in oil & gas, manufacturing, contracting, or related industries.
  • Bidding & proposals mastery Deep knowledge of commercial workflows and what it takes to win.
  • Client relationship strength Proven ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Detail-driven mindset Exceptional Quality Assurance and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech adaptability Eager to learn and thrive in AI/SaaS environments, even if youre coming from a purely industrial background.
  • Basic understanding of ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI tools.
  • Working knowledge of software/SaaS environments and how they integrate into client workflows.
Bonus Skills & Experience
  • SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech deployment in industrial contexts.
  • Transformation Expertise
  • Familiarity with GCC industrial markets and procurement structures.
  • Arabic and English fluency.
