Finance Manager Agri Commodities Procurement
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading commodities group for an experienced Finance Manager to join their leadership team in Dubai. This is a senior role for someone who can not only lead finance operations but also partner closely with top management to shape commercial and financial strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional (CA/ACCA/CPA) with proven experience in agribusiness (wheat, corn, feed grains) or commodities trading, bringing both strategic and hands-on expertise across financial planning, risk management, and business performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to drive profitable growth
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization processes
- Oversee capital structure, cash management, and working capital requirements
- Deliver best-in-class financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Provide critical insights to senior leadership to support decision-making
- Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across the group
- Professional qualification: CA / ACCA / CPA (MBA a plus)
- 10+ years professional experience, including finance leadership roles
- Strong background in commodities procurement (wheat, corn, feed grains), trading, or agribusiness
- Expertise in financial strategy, reporting, and risk management
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a track record of team management
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Languages: English and Arabic speaking will be a plus (as the successful candidate will be dealing with the Egypt region).
