Real Estate Consultant – Off Plan and Secondary

As an experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will guide clients through property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage the entire sales process. You’ll build strong relationships with property owners, sellers, and developers, ensuring exceptional service.

Staying up to date with market trends and real estate regulations in Dubai will be key to offering expert advice.

Key responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to deeply understand their real estate needs, preferences, and goals
  • Conduct professional, in-depth property viewings and provide comprehensive information about properties
  • Skillfully negotiate favorable terms and prices for both sales and leasing transactions
  • Stay consistently informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activity in the UAE real estate market
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up to date on all branded and luxury residence developments and launches
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals that align with clients' needs
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout all processes
  • Represent both your personal brand and Coldwell Banker with the utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, ensuring consistent growth
  • Present yourself professionally at all times, adhering to office attire standards
  • Partner with the marketing team to implement high-end and luxury marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a sales environment, ideally with a focus on high-end real estate
  • Established experience working with high-net-worth individuals, with a history of successful transactions
  • A solid understanding of business and a genuine passion for real estate
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships and engage clients
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in luxury finishes and property features
  • UAE driving license (or eligible for conversion)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate sector, ideally within a similar role
  • RERA license or equivalent real estate knowledge is highly preferred
