This role provides essential support in Portfolio Management, Investment, and Strategy, primarily by developing and analysing financial models based on project and finance documentation. The position involves participating in evaluation, cross-functional discussions and preparing materials for senior management.

Description- Create and refine complex financial models with scenario/sensitivity analysis to evaluate investment returns and ensure compliance (financial, accounting, tax)
- Perform due diligence and valuations to assess businesses and investment opportunities
- Generate impactful reports, information memorandums, and presentations for senior management, including the Manager, Commercial and Capital Structure, to support decision-making
- Understand and analyse commercial and contractual implications within project agreements
- Assist in commercial analysis and participate in negotiations with stakeholders (e.g., banks, contractors) on project challenges and contractual terms
- Secure necessary internal approvals for projects and initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to company guidelines
- Support collaboration with portfolio management teams for senior management recommendations and cultivate strong relationships with partners, upholding business ethics

Requirements:
- Must be a UAE NAtional with family book.
- A bachelor's degree in finance with a minimum of 5 years in I(W)PP project financing financial modelling, including greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and advanced structuring/modelling skills
- Proficient in financial acumen and corporate finance understanding, relevant to business development processes and capital structure decisions
- Adept at business valuations, investment analysis, and preparing impactful reports for senior management
- Capable of supporting commercial negotiations and problem-solving, with a strong grasp of commercial and contractual implications
- Comfortable working under pressure in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams, exhibiting attention to detail and project management abilities
