Contexte et environnement

Internal:

• Interaction with managers & supervisors from other departments in TELBU.

External:

• No External Interactions.

Activités

• Update the Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and mechanical drawings for the entire plant to facilitate positive isolation and LOTO to PTW process.
• Uploading Equipment Manuals to CMMS: All equipment latest manuals should be uploaded to the ComputerizedMaintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure essential information about each piece of equipment, including maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and specifications, is readily accessible for maintenance personnel.
• Re-Evaluation of Preventive Maintenance Frequency and Time Duration to review and re-evaluate the frequency and duration of preventive maintenance tasks. Adjustments may be necessary based on factors such as equipment reliability, operational requirements, and any changes in the plant's processes or conditions1.
• PTW tracking and monitoring to improve the process

Accountabilities

HSSEQ Management:

• Participate in Health and safety risk assessment and critical task analysis, HSSEQ training, safety tours, Plant general inspection, Behavioural safety visits, and internal & external audits.
• Participate in Sustainab'ALL programs focused on TE 5 levers including energy improvement and CO2 reduction projects to achieve the company's 2030 and 2050 environmental goals.
• Understand the QHSE & Energy Management procedures and demonstrate exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
• Ensure no quality or safety incidents occur due to negligence, carelessness or overconfidence.
• Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE & Energy Policies and Manuals.
• Receptive to new trainings issues and be a proactive member to participate in tool kit meetings for QHSE & Energy Management improvements.
• Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
• Understand and strictly comply with all current regulatory requirements relevant to the assigned areas of responsibility.
• To comply with Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment: process owner/ permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority).
• Selection and availability of applicable PPE's at all times and ensuring the strict use of PPE's in work area of responsibility.
• Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

Compliance:

• Consistently uphold the company's Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy by demonstrating integrity and professionalism, while ensuring full adherence to the compliance program, including policies and procedures on conflicts of interest, prevention of fraud, corruption, economic sanctions, and export control.
• Promptly report any instance of noncompliance or violation of the any element of compliance program—especially those related to economic sanctions or export control—to the designated compliance officer or economic sanctions.

Profil du candidat

Knowledge:

• Any project that reflects certain know-how on the role would be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English, other languages is an add-on
• Creative, self-motivated, organized, ability to plan and independently carrying out the job
• Results Oriented

Experience:

• Minimum one year however not essential

Education:

• Graduate in Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation is preferred. AUTOCAD hands on experience is mandatory.
