Position Summary/Job Purpose:

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
oCreate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness across multiple channels.
oDevelop and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.- Budget Management and Financial Analytics:
oDevelop and manage the marketing budget with strong financial oversight.
oAnalyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
oUtilize CRM tools to manage and nurture customer relationships.
oAnalyze customer data to drive targeted marketing efforts and improve engagement.- Graphic Design and Brand Management:
oApply graphic design skills to create compelling visual content.
oOversee brand management activities to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.- Digital Marketing Proficiency:
oImplement and optimize digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
oStay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.- Influencer Marketing:
oDevelop and execute influencer marketing strategies, with a focus on influencers in the UAE market.
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with influencers to drive brand engagement.- Public Relations and Stakeholder Management:
oManage PR agency relationships to ensure effective media coverage and brand representation.
oCultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Event Management:
oPlan and execute marketing events and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
oCoordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and ensure successful event execution.- Flexibility and Adaptability:
oAdapt marketing strategies to respond to changing market conditions and business needs.
oDemonstrate flexibility in handling a variety of tasks and challenges.- Team Leadership:
oLead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 marketing professionals.
oFoster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Employment Standards
Minimum Qualification required:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing.
Experience:
- 10 years experience in marketing within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attributes:
Previous luxury retail background and a strong understanding of the Middle East region
Team Managing Experience
Ability to set and execute marketing strategies
Ability to deal with media and PR agencies
Experienced in identifying and handling Social Media Influencers
Digital Marketing understanding
Budget management responsibility
Strong organisation and communication skills
