We are looking for a professional and organized Secretary to join our team at a prestigious company located in Al-Jarf Industrial 2.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files and company records.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and office correspondence.
  • Support management with administrative duties.
  • Coordinate with staff, clients, and suppliers when required.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate (Filipino nationality preferred).
  • Previous experience in administrative or secretarial work is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
