We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, generating leads, conducting property viewings, and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Assist clients with property buying, selling, and rental requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Negotiate deals and close sales transactions.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of properties and clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and property values.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Valid driving license (if required).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
