Follow up the shop drawings, method statements and material approval prior to the start of the project
- Coordinate with the Contractor and Supplier involved in the project
- Monitor safety of Labour
- Day to day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labour
- Update project teams with daily progress report and any assigned actions
- Daily coordination with the Site Foreman to ensure technical details are carried out in accordance with the specifications
- Monitor site regularly and resolve any technical difficulties
- Follow financial aspects i.e. submitting measurments on time so as not to delay payment
- Follow up payment certificates
- Prepare weekly progress reports
- Estimate material and labour required to complete job
- Supervise work on site in accordance with contract agreement
- Other duties as requested from time to time.
